What if I have to cancel?

Sorry, no refunds.

Eco-Ag U (2-Day Eco-Ag U or 1-Day Eco-Ag U registrations) cancelations received through November 8, 2019 are entitled to an 80% credit to be applied to Acres U.S.A. subscriptions, books, DVDs, audio CDs, or future conference fees. 

Since Eco-Ag U classroom sizes are strictly limited and sessions sell out, your cancelation prevents others from attending. Accordingly, no credit is given for Eco-Ag U cancelations after November 8, 2019 and no-shows. Your registration can be transferred to someone else's name if you cannot attend; please contact our office. 

Main Conference cancelations received through November 29, 2019 are entitled to an 80% credit to be applied to Acres U.S.A. subscriptions, books, DVDs, audio CDs, or future conference fees. 

Main Conference cancelations/no-shows received November 29-December 31, 2019 can receive a 50% credit. 

 

Can I transfer my registration if I can't make it?

Yes. You can transfer your registration by December 2, 2019 by calling Katrina Harms a the Acres U.S.A. office at 1-800-355-5313 or by emailing events@acresusa.com. After December 2, 2019, the transfer will be made on-site at the event. Have that person claim your registration on-site and we will make a new name badge there.
